We use USPS to ship all crystal orders. Please note that USPS is a separate entity from our shop, and we are not responsible for any delays or issues that occur during transit.

Be sure to keep track of your USPS tracking number, which will be provided once your order ships. Our processing time is separate from USPS shipping time, and any delays caused by USPS are beyond our control.

All crystals are sold as is. This shop does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please handle your package with care when it arrives. Many crystals are small or delicate, and I recommend opening your order on a clean, flat surface to avoid any damage or loss.

Crystals are natural minerals that have taken millions of years to form, and as a result, they are rarely perfect. Although, I pride my shop for having high quality items, crystals from this shop may have natural blemishes, divots, scratches, or marks—this is completely normal and part of their unique beauty.

Only Raw specimens are in their purest, most natural form. Polished crystals—including points, spheres, and carved shapes—have been cut from their natural state and are finished with polishing solution

I do my best to highlight any noticeable imperfections in the product descriptions. It is very important that you read and understand each item’s description before making a purchase.
